In the Spring of 2023, I wrote a lot about the Process of Personal Transformation. They followed a simple acronym formula: T.E.A.M.(T)transformation = (E)education + (A)ction + (M)motivation.
The post I’m highlighting today focuses on the Action element of the equation. We can learn and learn, but in order for personal transformation to take place, we must ACT upon what we learn.
